One more devaluation : Indie Bill Payment Gems Reward

From November 1 onward, the maximum gems that can be earned through bill payments will be limited to 150 per category, instead of the earlier limit of 500 gems, with no category restrictions, even we are Mega Star 🌟 status. I have spoken with customer service regarding this issue and told that I have not received any updates. They have yet to notify all customers about this change.

Thats absurd, they already have 50rs max per sub-category, either they should do 150/each category one time or 150 for complete bill pay

F**k this shit. I need to get here often. Another thing after Airtel app CC bill payments. I got 150 gems only and I was like I will cal them and fix this and I paid 1 more bill there just 30 mins ago.

BUT SINCE THEY HAVENT INFORMED US, WE CAN RAISE THIS TO RBI OMBUDSMAN AND GET THEM TO creit 500 gems this month.
Without infomring us, they cant do this
I have done this with my Pinnacle card where they reduced redemption rate of 1:1 to 1:0.75 & I got them to credit the reward points to enable me redemption at 1:1 because those assholes never informed me of the change.

Indusind is gradually becoming fraud ind. They are also pushing some cardhub app that is unverified by google and not available on playstore. Must be having some illegal codes goes against google playstore policy.
