OneCard KYC failed. How to get refund?

So I had applied for FD backed credit card with Onecard and made a payment of ₹5000.
While ping KYC, they back agents told me that there are some discrepancy in application and told me to sort it out and call again. But the app is stuck at KYC page with no other option or menu. Called them in customer care number and the robot asking me to go back to app. Emailed them several times with no reply.

Don't worry if your kyc got failed or unable to complete it in given time you will get the full refund within 7 working days in same account by which the payment was done.
