OneCard Not getting Bill Payment SMS/EMAIL

I am not getting my OneCard bill (south Indian bank) EMAIL or SMS properly, lastly I got it in JUNE 2023 properly...

For August they send message one day before that too without amount details, have made a complaint today...

What about you guys, are you getting correctly?
