Only 1% cashback on Flipkart account instead of 5%
Today I got my Flipkart statement. While checking that I received 1% cashback instead of 5% cashback for a mobile phone purchased in Flipkart. At the time of transaction merchant name was shown as " WLEP*Flipka". After settlement the name changed as " 0580001A0005228". Any idea???How to get the full cashback??

Today i got the statement and it shows 1% cashback instead of 5%.......... Did anyone get a valid reason from customer care or got the cashback resolved??

I got the revert from the team. It's a technical glitch and the balance cashback of 4% will be credited as 4%+1% in the next statement. Don't worry bro you will get the proper cashback in the next statement even if you don't raise the same concern as it's happened for all the customers. So they fixed it.

Is the Flipkart axis Bank card ltf for you? 2 years ago, when I received the card, it was ltf......... But now I can see annual fee reversal on spends of 3.5 lakh as a perk in the axis Bank app
I got Flipkart card as LTF in 2021.

You should check your axis Bank app and see if that perk is being displayed.......... A couple of YouTube videos said that the ltf status is being revoked
I think it's showing for everyone in the app. Ltf card will remain as LTF only bro. Don't worry
LTF cannot be revoked by any means if customer is not violating card holders agreement. This will be a gross violation by bank which you can go to RBI if they do
