What other options do I have other than Magnus to maximize my reward benefits provided I hit my milestone spending almost every month.

The devaluation will really spoil the card now.

Atlas (annual milestones) till it gets devalued and DCB if you have it. Any Amex with spend based benefits.

Amex Platinum Travel card has annual milestone. (a) 1.9 Lakhs: 15000 Amex Reward Points. (b) 4 Lakhs: extra 25000 Reward points. This is very good card if you hit the milestone.
