Today afternoon at 2.20 pm i got call from paisabazaar don't know how i have blocked most of their numbers. The call was regarding personal loan. I said I'm not interested i don't need any kind of loan. The executive told don't take loan but atleast listen to offer, i was free i asked him to proceed, he started telling me my full name and pan card details and suddenly i got that my pre approved loan process have been started, i told him how can he start application where he was just going to tell me the offer and i cut the call but in evening i got message that there have been cibil change. What to do now i have the call recoding of same. I have never told him to that i want loan i just agreed to listen to offer that too when he kept on requesting me. What is the procedure to complain about such fraud.
