PaisaBazar Fraud. Help needed.

Hi folks,

I just received a call from PaisaBazar sales team, who informed me about IndusInd Bank credit card offer & I straight forward declined the offer. Within no time, I got a CIBIL alert for Credit card enquiry and a message from your end saying that my application for IndusInd card is successfully submitted. I can’t believe what just happened. This is a clear case of fraud being done by these guys, who are submitting credit enquiries and credit card applications without a customers consent.

Kindly help me how can I get this enquiry removed & this application withdrawn easily.

Relax they send this kind of email to every one untill unless there is otp based aadhar verification . There isnt going to be a cc issuance or credit inquiry

But He already got CIBIL alert for new enquiry

Yeah I got CIBIL alert :/ I know they won’t issue a card without OTP or documents but CIBIL enquiry sucks. Yesterday, ICICI did the same thing without my consent. I have got 3 false enquires within 2 weeks.

I have been trying to redeem a MF. They stopped the redemption and now I can't log on to Paisabazar.
