PAN showing not updated in SBI yono

i have a savings account and i am trying to open an fd in yono app, but at the last page, i am getting an error, saying that "there is a mismatch in PAN at account and CIF level. please visit branch to rectify".

i don't know how this happened as i hold the account for more than 10 years and has also submitted my pan details a couple of years back to reactivate the dormant account. i have been regularly using this account since then.

can anyone tell me if pan can be updated online, without visiting the branch?
 
If you name is mismatch then you can't update it online.
First download your e-pan from NSDL or UTI website, check your name and match it with name as shown in SBI Netbanking profile section.
If there is mismatch, you have to update your name in bank records, submit kyc documents pan and aadhaar along with affidavit regarding your name change, then bank will update your name and link pan with it.
