I actually called up axis bank and icici bank for my billing cycle change axis allowed me change billing cycle for all my existing 3 cards with em later i called up icici thinking they would change 2 of my existing cards with em the representative told that he could do that and and took req for one and after took req fr other later he told he's getting some error and told we can only change billing cycle onece in 6 months if he had told that before i could have matched both the cards with same date pathetic customer care they don't even appoint knowledge representative they just misguide customers

Yes, you can change billing cycle one time in every six months.
And that's the best option any Indian bank can provide.
In Many other banks you will face difficulties to change your billing cycle once.
ICICI Bank is very good and straight forward in this matter.

Yes, at least icici offers once in 6 months. Hdfc is offering only one time change.
