Pay CC bill through wallets

Now that mobikwik is patched , I was thinking is there any other way to pay Credit card bills ?

Does any platforms allow us to pay CC bill through wallets ?

Also which providers have min conv fees to load wallet money.

No, I was trying to pay my BOB card bill with wallet balance, it is not working.
I think we can say that this is patched now.
