Pay Electricity bill other than MCC 4900?

Hello,

I want to pay Single monthly Electricity bill of Rs.50000 and above.
Was using RBL World Safari to achieve 7.5L milestone by paying on Payzapp, SBI Unipay etc... without convenience fee.
But since then same is devalued and additional 1% Fee is imposed for MCC 4900 if crossed Rs.50000.

Kindly suggest a method to Pay Single Electricity Bill above Rs.50000 without any convenience fee and particularly with MCC other than 4900?
