We can not pay LIC premium using someone else's account or credit card (on google).
Can we load amazon wallet using someone else's credit card and pay from the wallet?

Yeah shopping vouchers can't be used but normal e gift voucher works

Just open amazon app, go to amazon pay, scroll down to gift cards & vouchers, click see more and there you can see amazon pay e gift cards.

At amazon, right now, not able to make insurance payment via credit card or amazon pay balance. It's showing me to pay via upi method, not with cc or wallet

Are you also facing the same?

Few days ago, it wasn't showing anything like that and i made payment of life insurance premium via credit card easily without any charges or problem
