Paying credit card with International debit or prepaid card

Hi, i am looking to pay my credit card bill with international debit or prepaid card.Tried with Paytm but they aren't accepting card,same with Mobikwik too.It's a VISA card.Someone has any idea about it?Also i don't want to do KYC.I have credit cards from Axis,IDFC and YES Bank.

Yes, Slice is a UPI wallet. You can scan any UPI QR code with it. I am not sure if it accepts international debit cards because I don't have one, but you can try.
