Payment declined for pixel play credit card

I recently got my pixel play credit card (visa + rupay), I am not able to activate the cards from the link provided which takes me to mycards website, when I enter the last 4 digits of the cc, it says incorrect details.
I enabled the online transactions from the payzapp application for both the cards but whenever I try to pay from either of the CC at any merchant website, the payment gets declined by hdfc bank. The UPI is working for the pixel play rupay card but not the direct transactions.
Also the cashback system, as I am only able to use UPI, I am getting only 1% cashback for any of my transactions, even if it is done from the categories under 3% or 5% cashback.
What should I do? It is my first CC, should I keep it (as it is LTF) or should I close it and apply for some other CC?

Pixel card cannot be added on mycards as of now and for paying the pixel card bill you will have to use payzap only for now. In future they may integrate it mycards

I understand that but what about the payments getting declined by HDFC bank when I'm trying to make a purchase on any platform by entering CC details? Is there any way to fix that?

Bro i am also facing the same issue. I raised ticket in PayZapp but they didn't resolved and didn't even replied for that. Did you got any solution?

No, I haven't received any resolutions on my tickets yet, the expected resolution date expired 5 days ago.

Same problem faced by me.
HDFC customer care not addressing any issues saying pixel card is separate and only payzapp team has its access.
Hopeless experience this time with this new card.

I am also facing the same issue. It's almost a scam what's use is this, if I can't use while paying kn 5 percent apps. I habe selected uber MakeMyTrip amazon nykaa and Myntra and I have tried paying on 3 of them and it says it not even supported fir this merchant 😔

Also the cashpoints I received from hdfc pixel play.
It is saying that it can only be redeemed once I have accumulated 1000 cashpoints.
Seems useless card
