Payslip for Amex application.

Amex recently asked me to upload my Payslip for my Plat Travel application.

First, I am salaried in my family business and there’s no pay slips, so I generated them online and submitted.

Second, my salary isn’t credited to me in full rather in smaller chunks throughout the month. So, would that be an issue if the salary mentioned on the payslip doesn’t match my statement? (I have credits on my statement that total much more than my salary every month)

Add on: I already have an Amex Gold Card which I got just by submitting my bank statement.

Better to ask them to switch your employment status to self employed or professional from salaried

They'll call you regarding the status of application, and if you mention the need to change the employment status, they'll guide you over call on how to draft an email to request the same

ITR is enough for Self employed/Professional

You can upload ITR acknowledgement too if you have that.

If required, submit your ITR.
Salary in chunks may not cause any issues. But make sure the same is there in ITR as well.
