Paytm cashback points

[Wealth is my birth right!]

So I accumulated almost 11000 cashback points in paytm now and when tried for taking 100/- voucher the txn getting failed continuously from yesterday did anyone tried it recently?
I am doing in iOS do I need to redeem in web login pls clarify
