Paytm Fastag blocked 3rd party Recharge

Last month I recharged my Paytm Fastag using my Tata Neu Rupay card with UPI through Cred app. I had done a payment of about 15000 just to know if it works and I had transferred the amount from my wallet to bank.
I was hoping that this method could be used for transferring funds to bank without any charges. But when I tried the same method this month and tried recharging through CRED, it's showing that the fastag is blocked. But on Paytm it's working.

I have been able to load paytm fastag from both payzapp and mobikwik last month.

ParkPlus is still working. Just one recharge per day per Fasttag. 1% service charge imposed.

Are you able to load any other fastag of same patym account after 10k is done on one fastag? For me it seems only 10k in total is allowed across all fastags of my paytm account.
