Paytm hdfc select credit card

I have Paytm hdfc select credit card .
Every quarter it is there to give 500 rs gift vouchers on spending more than 50k per quarter .
Using it since 2 quarters and completing spends but didn't got vouchers .

There are issues with Paytm card.. even for me monthly 1% additional cashback was not credited..no option you have to speak to customer care

where can you get 500 gift card? i am using same paytm hdfc card more than 1 years and my quarterly spend 50k+ but i dont get any gift card. so please tell me how can i get this?
