It has been banned since March last year. You might have done re-kyc

No. I had a Paytm Account with completed KYC.
now, I opened a Paytm Bank account, I think in April 2023. Even now, It asks me to add PAN. but in the PAYTM profile, it shows KYC Verified and Wallet limit 1L.

If you are a Paytm mini kyc wallet user then complete it's video kyc and open Paytm Bank account.

It has been banned since March last year. You might have done re-kyc

I too opened after March 22 only. Opened on July 2022.

For some users, paytm giving video kyc option.
