Paytm transaction pending from 4 days

Hi Everyone, I did a transaction on paytm on 29th Aug for 5000rs using upi payment mode (IDFC CC) and status is showing as pending from the last 4 days. Not getting a proper response from the paytm team on their app, twitter and LinkedIn. Can someone please suggest me what can I do in this case.

Idfc credit card UPI is not working properly most of the time it's decline with reason risk transaction

It may be technical glitch in their system. kindly report it to card customer care to get your query resolved.
