Payzapp Axis Bill Pay

On 1st June 2024 I made a payment for rupees 13077.08 for my axis bank credit card through payzapp app of hdfc bank. While paying the app only asked for the card number which I most probabbly entered correctly but after successful transaction the money was not credited to my credit card account.I doubt whether by mistake I entered wrong credit card no. I even am not able confirm it as the payment history only shows the last 4 digit of card and not the full card no. What should I do to get my money back.

how i able find last Paid Card Number from Payzapp transaction since last 4 digit is only shown??
