I placed an order for 2 Zomato vouchers (Rs 1000 and Rs 500) with Payzap yesterday - have received the Rs 1000 voucher but not the Rs 500 voucher. When I checked Gyftr online, it shows that the order is still in process and voucher details are not shown.
I tried to contact the automated system both online and via WhatsApp (phone call was directing it to WhatsApp) - it is absolutely hopeless - both claim that the mobile number is wrong though I put them correctly - have done it few times and have the same issues.
Never had issue like this before as I regularly buy vouchers from Swiggy, Zomato and Amazon via Payzapp and usually the vouchers are displayed instantly in the app and followed by email and message.
What should I do now? Thank you.
