Payzapp(HDFC) cheap tricks!

Payzapp Started showing life time free banners for pixel cards with limited time logos & all, as I’m already a savings Max & CC holder, I clicked & even Payzapp acknowledged that i’m an already existing customer so filled all the info & said “As You Already hold HDFC CARDS you’ve to transfer some limit to this card” so i clicked proceed, to my surprise for pixel play the prompt is you’re not eligible & for play go it’s outright “you’re application is rejected”.
My biggest problem is CIBIL hit. After hitting the cibil, they rejected the application even before submitting it.

Can I raise a request to remove that cibil hit?

Don't even transfer limits the limit reversal is too bad in hdfc

They already rejected the application after asking me to transfer, but not allowing me to transfer saying you’re not eligible
