On 3rd January, I was trying to pay almost ~1.6L credit card bill through Mobikwik using HDFC debit card. The amount was debited from my account but it never went to Mobikwik because it was failed transaction. Initially I raised the complaint to Mobikwik, they asked me to wait for 10 days to get that back. I didn't get. After many tickets and iterations, finally I got the amount from HDFC today only which is almost 104 days after transaction date. It was failed transaction at bank end that they couldn't reverse.
