Pencilton to Amazon Pay wallet Stopped?

I was trying to load my Amazon pay wallet this month, but I am unable to do through the Rupay prepaid card from Pencilton.
Anyone else facing similar issue or is this trick gone for good?

Pencilton, Muvin, PaulPay, Maya, Zingoy etc etc
