Personal Loan rejection email/screenshot - Help!!!

I need to politely reject a loan request for a 1.5L loan request from my cousin. He keeps on pestering me to take a personal loan on my name from ICICI with the promise of consistent repayments. He has already borrowed 4.3L from me and I don't wanna give any further. I just want to politely decline this request by saying that the bank rejected the loan request. Does anybody have any email/screenshot for a personal loan rejection? Any more ideas for the same are welcome as well.

Ask him to apply for the loan

Ya the best way is to tell a direct NO
I've told him multiple times but he keeps on pestering me stating different reasons and that he has nowhere else to go. He has helped me a lot in my younger years financially and I kind of feel obligated to repay him back. Just wanna reject his request politely without coming off as arrogant, but don't know how

Ask him to apply for the loan
He hasn't held a job for the past 6 years. He had some investments in crypto which skyrocketed till 2022, which was his main source of income. He also does play Dream 11 and wins money on & off for the past 4 years. I know that he's gambling and no one should encourage it. But he seems to have borrowed money from his friend's credit card, some of his friends and even relatives. He becomes fidgety around the credit card due date during month end if he doesn't have enough cash and starts asking money. I could tell him that I don't have any money if he's asking, but he straightaway makes it a point to ask me to apply for a loan. If I say that my credit score is decreasing (or) I'm having financial commitments, he says that consistent payments will be done and in case of any emergencies, he'll pay the whole thing back. He's a lot older than me and I just couldn't find it in me to persuade him any further, hence I'm resorting to logical arguments.
