PhonePe GiftCard using SBI Cashback

Today I saw that Phonepe offer Brand Gift Vouchers.

But Amazon Gift voucher can only be purchased via UPI (No Credit Card)

But Shopping Vouchers can be purchased via Credit Card.

So why this discrimination? And can someone please inform if 5% CB is provided for Shopping Vouchers purchased from Phonepe Using SBI Cashback Credit?

As I know, you cannot use PhonePe gift vouchers to buy other brand vouchers.

I am rather interested in knowing whether can I purchase PhonePe gift voucher from anywhere using SBI cashback cc? I tried Stan, but no option to buy Phonepe GV, I tried on Phonepe itself, but no CC payment method. Also tried Ease my Deal, but txn got refunded and failed, used Aeronpay, txn failed and Aeronpay kept my Rs. 100 instead of refunding it to me.

Amazon Pay gift card is an open loop card where you can not only use the amount in Amazon but also in other merchants where amazon pay is accepted. On the other hand Amazon shopping gift card is a closed loop gift card so you can only use it in Amazon for shopping and there is no fees levied on it.

Most of the open loop gift cards has a fee. Close loop doesn't.
