Hi everyone,

I assume that HDFC Bank has intentionally launched Pixel Crap Cards just to stay away from their responsibilities.

There is no proper customer care available for this crap card and Payzapp support team is handling this thing. They don't reply to a customer like a human being. Typically they are sending automated / scripted response.

I had ordered a smartphone worth 12890 INR from Amazon using Pixel Play Crap Card and it was an EMI order. Now the EMI got generated within 2 days but the order is cancelled and the whole amount is refunded.

HDFC usually reverse all fees if there's a refund from merchant reflected on the card. But in this scenario, they're saying that processing fees are not refundable and GST too.

Phone-banking team can't check details of this card. Not sure about mail team.

What's your experience everyone?
