Planning to travel to the US - Which loyalty program gives the maximum benefit

Hi,

I am planning to travel to US from BLR my dates are flexible(Mid-July to Mid Aug) and the destination airport is also flexible. Which Airline miles or loyalty program gives me the cheapest redemption for business class? I have around 150K edge rewards and 110K MR points that I can convert.
