PNB Add-on Credit Card

Hi all,

Has anyone applied for PNB Add-on credit card and received the same?
- Is there any online process to apply for add-on card?
- Documents needed for add-on card?
- Does Add-on card carry same card number details as primary like HDFC add-on cards or they are issued with different card number from Primary?

I have applied for add-on by filling the form available online and scan and email it. Also attached the required documents such as PAN etc.

Card was delivered within a week.

To enable/disable transaction and limits for add - on card, you will have to email them as it cannot be done from app.

can you share the form? will it need photo or only pan, aadhaar?

How many addons can we get in Pnb?

PNB allows max 2 addon credit cards only and has the these rules for addons:

- Can't get addons for siblings
- Can't get addons for parents over 70
- Can't get addons for daughter if married

Only can get addons for
- Parents under 70
- Spouse
- Son above 18, daughter above 18 but unmarried

I don't understand why parents above 70 are excluded. It's not as if they have to make the repayment, the responsibility falls on the primary cardholder anyway
