PNB has removed my active account from cibil. My card is active but I don't see it in the cibil report from the past two days.
I used to have 1 active credit cards and 2 inactive credit cards(one account was upgraded and other card was replaced so two inactive accouns) in the Cibil report.
Now I'm seeing only 1 inactive account. One inactive and active have gone missing.
Do I need to worry? Shall I drop an email to pnb? As you know it will take forever for them to fix the issue, on the side, Can I raise an issue with RBI OMBUDSMAN and ask for compensation?
