I want to know is this information is correct if yes than which credit card is offered and how much amount fd is required

Information is correct. PNB one app also has an option for credit card against FD. As per customer care minimum FD you need is Rs. 12500 and you'll get 80% of limit i.e Rs. 10000 of limit. But PNB only allows FD in multiple of Rs. 1000 so you have to create minimum FD of Rs. 13000.
As for card variant it will depend on FD amount.
