PNB's VKYC service has been broken for over 6 weeks - unclear error messages, poor communication, and no proper resolution despite RBI/CPGRAMS escalation. I personally went through this since mid-September and even raised formal complaints, but hit a wall.
In comments across the forum, I noticed a few others had the same problem.
Has anyone else here faced this issue?
Let’s see how widespread this really is. If many of us are affected, maybe the community can push PNB to finally fix it. And if someone here has an internal contact or a string to pull - we’d all benefit.
