PNB Rupay Select credit still not received

Approved with PNB Rupay Select credit card
But haven't received the physical card (doesn't know 16 digit card number). Just using virtual card as of now. Now the bill got generated yesterday but even in the statement all the 16 digits are not mentioned. So to pay the bill, what should I do in order to know my 16 digit card number. Any clues please
