I have applied online for credit card application.

today I was trying 25-30 times from morning for vkyc.

all the time getting "all our executives are busy.........."

is there a way out?

Please re-schedule the vkyc, they call you on your given time.

I was facing same problem during off-work hours, tried again on Monday morning around 9:00 AM and it went to executive.

FYI, I haven't received card yet.

Try mailing creditcardpnb@pnb.co.in..mail them that your vkyc has done.Then they will expedite your application.I have done the same ..

My video kyc was scheduled for today. but no one called me ?
do they call us on scheduled time, or do we need to open ourself the website for getting connected on scheduled time

I have completed VKYC 2 weeks ago, also mailed the customer care but they replied that VKYC approval is pending from auditor side. Don't know when will they move forward with application.
