I have applied for a pnb credit card on (11/11/2022) and completed video kyc on (14/12/2022), Recently i contacted pnb customer support and asked them about my application status they told me the video kyc is not completed yet and the funny thing is that at the time of video kyc the executive told me that video kyc is completed, What a horrible service! and now when i am trying to do the video kyc again it is not working, Contacted their support many times but always receive a ready made reply. What to do now?
