Today I checked my transactions on magnus and saw points reversal. What is this about?

Today I checked my transactions on magnus and saw points reversal. What is this about?

Points were credited twice for same transaction few days back.. for me on 7th April.. They have reversed the double credit of points yesterday

I had made 4 transactions worth 10k each on Axis Gyftr. But, I got double points for one of those. It seems they have reversed that double credit. Should be a similar case with you

We joke about how there is a single axis points guy but I think its true, there is some poor dev who runs a script on production and by mistake he ran it twice, and then was like, "oh f*ck" and then spent time writing a script to reverse this 🤣

After this thread for reversal I just logged in and saw there is some 100 points reduction but history not shown for which it got reversed let’s wait
That’s ok let the guy run test scripts but he can do it within a month right why 90 days required
Underground guy better in olden days he never reversed anything 😊

This was bound to happen 🙂
I am surprised though at the speed at which Axis went ahead with reversing the double points 😉, when they struggle to even give proper 1X points within a reasonable timeframe.

Couldn't agree more, they reversed the double points within a week. I'm fallowing up with them for missing points for my rent transaction done in Feb, All I get is new reference number and new ETA every time since last one month.

Try from Axis Mobile banking app.
It is much better to check Edge Reward points from there, than internet banking.

Yes I always do that but nowadays frequently app not showing history some errors but when closed app and open again it’s perfect

Yes has one got points for transaction made on 20th June ?? It is not showing up in my account thought till now.
