Why is ICICI so bad at properly showing the outstanding amount and available credit limit? I started using ICICI cards on December. Since then I've been noticing that ICICI is so inconsistent with these things. Here's an example of what I am saying. Say, I have a total credit limit of ₹10,000 and I have spent ₹6,000. Then, for cancelling an order I got a refund of ₹1000. Now after the bill generation, though the outstanding amount is correctly showing, i.e. ₹5000, but the available credit limit is ₹6000, it's like ICICI calculated a double refund. And this is not being updated even after 4-5 days. Moreover, I can't even know when the transactions are being settled. But still I heard a few people saying that iMobile Pay is the best banking app in India.
