There are offers on HDFC Cards from time to time. Works in Delhi-NCR atleast.

Buy gift card from pvr, that can be used to by F&B https://www.pvrcinemas.com/giftcards

Gyftr has pvr GC but it doesn't mention if it can be used for f&b or not

But cannot find offer on food.

Probably magnus offer is different from the one offered by separate Visa infinite category. I use my IDFC debit card to get discount on Pop-corn and movie ticket. But there offer on movie ticket is limited to 200.

Visa infinite has 300 off on movie and 200 on food/popcorn.

Select seats and food and then click on offers section and search for infinite there you will be asking for card details,after entering the card details you will get the discount.
It is frst come frst serve basis, it may be not available some times but mostly we will get the offer
