Not necessarily, he just forgot to mention Swiggy & Zomato.
Everything is the same on Airtel apps / website and even axis website

Let's assume, for a moment, it's true. But where is the notification? Don't they have to announce it 30 days prior to making any changes in the terms and conditions? 🤭

Correct time to visit rbi ombudsman now, i have raised a complaint to pno some 1.5 months ago and still they are looking into that matter
