Possible way to earn 40x offline using M&S Axis Grabdeals

M&S provides "click and collect" facility. You need to place an order online and then you can collect from M&S physical stores.

The orders placed using this facility can also be returned. There is no point in getting refund to original payment source but you have option to get refund as credit note. Later, that credit can be used at any other M&S store. Probably, there will be a expiry to that credit note.

PS : I have not used this hack but this could be possible. Someone who shops regularly on M&S can try and share the practical experience.

What's the purpose of Click & Collect specifically? Aren't returns (online/at-store) and credit notes available otherwise also for online deliveries?
Expiry is 1 year, personal experience shared here : https://www.technofino.in/community...ks-spencer-offline-synthetic-gift-card.12405/

Here the order won't be delivered at your address. Instead, you need to collect from offline store. Moreover, there's T&C mentioned about returning the item and get credit note. So chances of rejection are quite less.

I couldn't find the T&C about placing online order, returning offline and then getting credit note. Here chances of rejection are high.

Online orders are returnable via reverse pick up.

I placed an order online and returned at a physical store to get the merchandise of my choice and/or get a credit note which is valid across all stores in India

Axis Cooperated very well for my missing Grabdeals points.
This proves that there is no need to worry if you have performed the transaction correctly.
Cheers to the party!
Your post has motivated me to chase Axis for missing points on my Magnus. I just want to clarify something before I go chasing them.

I have Magnus in my name and add on for my wife. I used both cards to purchase Amazon Pay vouchers of Rs. 50k each from giftedge for quite a few months. However, I am getting bonus points of 1200 + 1200 only. AFAIK, there is no condition on giftedge that points will be given only for 10k vouchers of Amazon Pay. Is my understanding correct? Any other insights. Thanks

Yes, officially there is no limit of accrual of points on Gyftr.
However there is a soft limit of 10k Apay voucher per mob no. associated with Gyftr.
The question now is, does Axis tracks Points with the same mob no as per card and Gyftr account or does it only tracks with card?
In my opinion, you should give it a shot.
No harm in trying and fighting.

You mean different mobile numbers but same card?
No, I was not even using different accounts. I use my mobile and my Magnus card number to log on to Grab deals. Then I go to giftedge and buy Amazon Pay vouchers of 10k each through 5 transactions. I used to get a limit error if I tried to buy more than 10k vouchers in one transaction. But undertaking 5 separate transactions of 10k voucher each was not causing any issue. Subsequently, I did same thing with my wife Magnus add on and her mobile.

However, it seems gyftr/Axis fixed this apparent bug from April. I was not able to buy more than 10k Amazon Pay each card in April.

If you have all the proofs and screenshots please escalate.
If it was a bug, then it was their fault.
It's not your fault to exceed the limit.
They should award the points for excess transactions also.

Show them all the evidence and escalate until they get convinced.

yes although I'd not advise you against that. Axis/Gyftr has 4 months to come up with a plan to plug this thing where multiple a/c are used to purchase Apay and you could potentially earn 0 points on those since as per terms you can only purchase 10K voucher (although complete the monthly milestone), Gyftr can also potentially block your card at times for using on multiple a/c, it does so with HDFC smartbuy for purchasing Apay/FK at least, so they are very much capable of doing that on Gyftr-Edgerewards site. I always use a single a/c to purchase though, so tread with caution if using multiple a/c
