Tried this to save the card, but even after 2 hours the card is not coming in saved methods.

Just do Rs10 mobile recharge and save your card. Just now one person told working through mobile recharge.

earlier he also tried cc bill pay Rs10 but not working on cc bill pay for saved card.

you are doing too much failed transaction, wait 24-48hrs for cooling period or use any other freecharge account and use.

Note - Rs10 mobile recharge trick is working for saved card, cc bill pay to save card sometimes not working. So do Rs10 mobile recharge.
