Pre - approved HDFC credit card offer ?

On November 12 th 2024 , I applied for tata neu card then I get the option to get as FD based only and also 1 enquiry from HDFC hit in the cibil report , but I didn't take it. On December 2024 I opened savings account with them. Will they give me any pre approved offer in near future or they will just denied it because I try to apply for tata neu card in November 2024. Is there any cool down period for that ?
Currently my Cibil is 750 which is 2 months old and I have idfc FD card and I also have Amazon pay before but later I closed it.

Age 21 and yes I am using millennia DC and load 40K Amazon pay Wallet every month to get 400.
