Pre approved Non serviceable pincode

My Axis app shows that I have 17 pre-approved cards (I'm not sure if they actually are). I only opened an Axis account for the Ace card, and my limit is shared with my Flipkart card.
My pincode (Panipat) and (karnal) is not serviceable for the Ace and Airtel card. Will I need to verify my identity with an agent for the pre-approved cards? I can use my relative's address in Delhi as my work address for delivery, and I can also go to Delhi for KYC if needed, but it's not an office.

Nope

I can use my relative's address in Delhi as my work address for delivery, and I can also go to Delhi for KYC if needed, but it's not an office.

Just enter any relative address and choose residence address for card delivery.

Ty for reply, Only giving option to put work address, if i select "others" in business name and put relative house address there? Could it be a problem if dilivery guy verify that it's just residence?, i won't also be there at dilivery time but anyone can pick it up

Update, I received a call from Axis Bank and they told me to reapply. I did and received instant virtual card with number and CVV, but need physical card for activation code, don't want to try using it without that code.

I had this doubt from a long time, previously it showed me pre approved card never applied as not service area and now you confirmed checked there is no pre approved offer now.

I got ACE just like this, but the pre-approved section keeps showing ACE credit card dispatched, and I can't apply for the Airtel rupay. I tried using the site for pre-approved, but it's rejected because of location even though I put the same office address. Maybe it gets approved easily in the app.
