My pincode is not serviceable while applying online, so recently I opened a 25k maintinance account for preapproved cc offer, can anybody got it in this manner?

Anyone facing OTP issue with idfc? Not getting for any transactions or even login. Haven't used card for 2-3 months. All other banks OTP are coming, so not a network issue.
