Premier rupay upi transection failed

On 4th june i made a transection of 9k using bob premier rupay credit card via upi on gpay. Amount was debited but on gpay transection failed. I thought after few days i will be getting refund but 14 days passed still i haven't received the refund. Contacted gpay they told that UPI-REV would be shown on statements. What should i do now ? Any suggestions would be helpful.

I also got a transaction failed on upi with bob hpcl. When i asked the upi app (payzapp) they told me i will receive refund in 4 days. I waited and waited and got nothing. At the end i filed a complaint (chargeback) with bob financial. I am still yet to receive the refund amt.

Just received this from Bob support.
However the credit limit is not freed nor any refund has been posted..

Do you have any idea what this means?

Raised from the options on the menu.

And I have received the refund today.
