Problem facing in closure of Bharatpe 2in1 card

I have Bharatpe 2in1 dc+cc card with 25k limit for last 8months but suddenly it's showing on cibil,i want to close it but neither bharatpe is closing it nor they have any email where i have a proper denying proof,what to do?

Try after July 1st. RBI will light their butts on fire if they don't close it within 7 days of requesting closure.

But these rules are not applicable on BNPL Cards, I think.

Bharat pe card is a actual credit card but they giving limit from Hindon Mercantile and it's showing in credit report as personal loan after being rbi strict guidelines still allowing to utilize credit limit..
