HI GUYS,
I have observed some problems with HDFC BANK to some Customer Accounts like
1) Regarding Email OTP not comming
I am getting the all the OTPs whether debit card or credit card or INB all OTPs I am receiving both on EMAIL and SMS , But For my parents it is not happening , only SMS.
so regarding this when I thought before 3 -4 years, since I am Preferred customer I am receiving, but upon checking previously also I received, Now my parents also IMperia and Preferred not grouped but individually.
I checked my friends and colleagues same, some normal account persons also getting email OTPs but for some they are not getting
so contacted Customer care & twitter & email every one said there is ONLY TEXT SMS no any email SMS, everyone on same move, BUT I AM RECEIVING the OTPs to email.
later went to branch Initially they also said the same , but branch person I showed then he believed, they said they dont know this issue.
DOES any one SOLUTION FOR THIS PLEASE TELL ME
2) Regarding MONTHLY COMBINED STATEMENT NO PDF ATTACHEMENT
I am getting both Web link Monthly statement i.e ( SMART statement) as well as PDF attached, but my parents are not getting Monthly statements but no Combined PDF attached.
because the smart statement expires after like 9 or 12 months , but is PDF attachment is GOOD
DOES any one SOLUTION FOR THIS PLEASE TELL ME
