I am facing some significant issues with Vietjet and MMT. I booked flight from Cam Ranh to HCM in January via MMT for Vietjet flight departing in May.
On May 01st I was informed via email notification and sms by MMT that the flight is cancelled. I paid good amount of money to make alternate travel bookings and applied for refund on MMT site on May 01st itself. Noaw after repeated followup with MMT they are saying that it is airline policy to give credit shell and not to refund and hence MMT can't refund me money.
Folks - Need your guidance that what are my options here to get refund and how difficult that would be. Amount is around 15k.
