PROCEDURE TO CANCEL IRCTC SBI PREMIUM CARD

received SBI IRCTC Premium card in September 2022. found it not good considering annual fee of 1499+ GST. what is the procedure to close a credit card from SBI? shall I request to change it to cash back or simply click card?

You can raise a card closure request both from sbicard website and their mobile apps. Try telling them you want a different card during the call for retention. I am not sure if they can process a card change request from their side but no harm in trying at least once.
